At IxorThink we developed a chatbot for the IxorDocs invoicing platform. By talking to the conversational agent, clients can get to know what IxorDocs can do or even search for specific invoices. The conversational flow was designed and optimised together with the IxorDocs team, while the AI and NLP algorithm was implemented by IxorThink.
The key to an intuitive and helpful chatbot is certainly the mix of a well designed flow with interactive buttons together with the possibility to ask open questions.
